Choose a plan
GCM bills monthly, in USD, with no contracts. You can change plan at any time from Settings → Billing. This article explains what each plan includes and how to think about the right tier for your church.
Plan comparison
| Plan | Members | Monthly (USD) | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | up to 100 | $0 | trial, plant churches |
| Starter | up to 250 | $29 | small single-site churches |
| Growth | up to 500 | $59 | established churches |
| Church Network | up to 1,000 | $99 | multi-campus + multi-cell |
| Unlimited | no cap | $199 | denominations, networks, large churches |
The member count is active members only. Members you've marked as lost don't count, and visitors who never get added don't count either.

What's included
Every active plan includes every module: dashboard, members, attendance, giving, messaging (Email/SMS/WhatsApp), calendar, workflows, reports, schools, ministries, groups, connection network, map, podcast, website builder, visitor form, bulk actions, and admin (users, roles, custom fields, integrations).
Differences across plans come down to two things:
- Member capacity. Each plan caps the number of active members in your org. Past the cap, you can't add more without upgrading.
- Support and onboarding. Higher tiers ship with priority response times, dedicated account managers, and white-glove onboarding. Reach out to support for the full SLA per tier.
Offline mode
PowerSync offline mode keeps your team productive when WiFi drops mid-service. It's available on every plan and is enabled per-organization by your admin.
How to upgrade
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Click Change plan and pick the tier you want.
- Enter a card on file — we store a tokenized reference via our payment gateway. We never see the full PAN.
- Confirm.
Upgrades take effect immediately. You're prorated for the remainder of the current billing period.
How downgrades work
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period — so you keep what you paid for. If your downgrade would put you over the new plan's member limit, you'll be asked to mark some members lost before the change can complete.
WARNING
We never delete data on downgrade. If you're over a limit, the affected member records stay in the database; you simply can't add new ones until the count is back under the cap.
Billing FAQ
What payment methods do you accept? Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Some regions also support bank transfers — contact us if your church can't pay by card.
Can I get an annual invoice? Yes. Email us and we'll set up annual billing with a 10 percent discount.
What happens if my card fails? We retry over the next 7 days. You'll get an email after the first failure and a dashboard banner after the second. If the third retry fails, your workspace switches to read-only mode until billing is resolved — no data is lost.
Is there a non-profit discount? Yes — 20 percent off any plan for registered charities. Send us your registration number and we'll apply it.
Can I cancel? Yes, any time. Your workspace stays read-only for 30 days after cancellation so you can export everything you need.
